**_ Role responsibilities include:_**
- Work with BIM Lead and Site Engineers
- Develop the model virtually for specific design discipline and ensure they meet the required standards in documentation
- Produce detailed 3D BIM models and ensure models align with the BIM execution plan
- Coordinate and clash test on MEP services (Navisworks)
- Setup of additional Revit families and templates
- Collaborate and coordinate with relevant trades
- Attend meetings

**_ Role requirements include:_**
- Previous BIM experience
- Experienced in using Revit and Navisworks
- Good understanding of mechanical services
- Experience in the delivery of LOD, LOI
- Ability to work as part of a team

A Third level qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Design or a technical background and3 years’ experience in Revit MEP and or AutoCAD Plant3D in a Design or Contracting Environment could make you the perfect fit for this role.
