BIM Engineer*Location: Valencia, Spain
Project: Pharma, Data Centre, Commercial*Office based role supporting projects clients globally

_Role responsibilities include:

Work with BIM Lead and Site EngineersDevelop the model virtually for specific design discipline and ensure they meet the required standards in documentationProduce detailed 3D BIM models and ensure models align with the BIM execution planCoordinate and clash test on MEP services (Navisworks)Setup of additional Revit families and templatesCollaborate and coordinate with relevant tradesAttend meetings_Role requirements include:_*Previous BIM experienceExperienced in using Revit and NavisworksGood understanding of mechanical servicesExperience in the delivery of LOD, LOIAbility to work as part of a teamA Third level qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Design or a technical background and3 years' experience in Revit MEP and or AutoCAD Plant3D in a Design or Contracting Environment could make you the perfect fit for this role.
