Location: Esplugues de Llobregat, Barcelona
Type of Contract: Permanent, full time. Based in Barcelona.
Type of work: Hybrid/Remote
Work Language: Fluent Business English
**The role**
Reporting to the Vet Commercial manager, this person will support the commercial team providing best-in-class data and insights.
**What you’ll do**
- You will ensure the data quality and availability. You will work closely with various teams to analyze business performance in an accurate and reliable manner.
- You will manage the data connection and tracking data between vet clinic performance with sales outside the clinic and connecting CRM/Customer visit data with internal sales data and external data.
- You will translate the data into visual dashboards that provide a clear overview of the business performance, tracking key performance indicators and identifying areas of improvement.
- You will work with the sales and marketing team to define and set up sales performance indicators that will measure the effectiveness of sales strategies, identifying opportunities for growth.
- You will manage Veeva operations and strategy: In close collaboration with the IT team and Vet digital engagement manager to manage the Veeva tool, which is used for digital engagement with veterinarians. You will ensure the tool is effectively configured, data is accurately inputted and extracted, and updates and new features are integrated. You will also contribute to the development of the medium and long-term strategy for Veeva operations.

**Minimum qualifications**:
- 3+ years’ experience in Generating Demand functions or business analysis, data analysis.
- Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize and draw conclusions

- Category Management expertise
- Experience in Vet Industry
