**About your role**

Estamos ampliando nuestro equipo y para ello, buscamos a un/a Agente de Atención Teñefónica. ¿Quieres formar parte de este entorno excitante, de ritmo acelerado, donde tus posibilidades de hacer una carrera son infinitas? Te explicamos

Entre tus funciones estarán:

- Recepción de incidencias o solicitudes por vía telefónica, mail o sistema de ticketing
- Gestión de la incidencia o solicitud y resolución de la misma.
- Documentación y seguimiento del proceso de resolución

Te ofrecemos
- Contrato de 40 horas semanales con posibilidad de revisión.
- Horario de lunes a viernes con turnos de 8 horas
- Modalidad de trabajo híbrida presencial / teletrabajo

**About you**

Pensamos en personas con
- 1 año experiência en tareas de backoffice.
- 6 meses experiência en CRMs y sistemas de ticketing.

Idiomas:

- Inglés - Nível alto

Otros
- Conocimientos de herramientas informáticas a nível usuario. Paquete Office.
- Estudios secundarios. Ciclo Formativo relacionado con oferta de trabajo.
