¿Cuáles van a ser tus funciones?

Realizar tareas de Backoffice relacionadas con dar soporte a clientes y proveedores de una reconocida empresa de Rent car:

- Recepción de incidencias o solicitudes por vía telefónica, mail o sistema de ticketing
- Gestión de la incidencia o solicitud y resolución de la misma.
- Documentación y seguimiento del proceso de resolución

¿Qué te ofrecemos?
- Contrato de 30 horas semanales con posibilidad de revisión.
- Horario de lunes a viernes con turnos de 6 horas
- Modalidad de trabajo híbrida presencial / teletrabajo

**About you**

**Pensamos en personas con**
- 1 año experiência en tareas de backoffice.
- 6 meses experiência en CRMs y sistemas de ticketing.
- Inglés - Nível alto
- Conocimientos de herramientas informáticas a nível usuario. Paquete Office.
- Estudios secundarios. Ciclo Formativo relacionado con oferta de trabajo.
