**Mission summary**:
The REGIONAL SALES DIRECTOR is responsible for the distribution and sales of a specific region

**Key tasks and responsibilities**:

- Managing and supporting the sales teams in their region, ensuring that they reach their sales targets and remain motivated.
- Responsible for yearly buying strategy and target setting.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Holding regular meetings with the various sales teams within a region to view sales and expenditure reports, provide advice and address challenges.
- Forecasting product and pricing trends through the analysis of sales performance data and staying informed of the latest trends.
- Developing sales pitches.
- Coordinating buying operations and product teams to deliver growth initiatives.
- Closely connecting with marketing team to drive traffic & conversion.

**Qualifications**:

- 5-10 years within online industry, ideally in e-commerce
- Experienced manager
- Spoken and written fluency in French and English, additional language would be a plus
- Strong working ethics and adaptability

**Education**:

- Graduate in ecommerce/Tourism
