In RDT Ingenieros, we are hiring an APQP in our automotive team located in Sant Vicenç dels Horts.
Integrated in the quality department, your main responsibilities will be:
- Defining, communicating and managing the APQP activities through an approved project management plan.
- Working with the project team to achieve all APQP activities & processes, and with the production team to develop process APQP documentation.
- Managing APQP customer project meetings to ensure effective communication and APQP correct delivery
- Determining and managing a APQP timing plan, in line with project timing plan, to ensure that all quality activities are operating in line with project management, Customer milestones and requirements.
- Ensure all quality tests and trials are performed according customer requirements.
- Create and manage all PPAP documentation to be submitted as per customer requirements
- Creation and definition of all Control plans as per drawing specifications including definitions of all process control elements to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Working with key suppliers to achieve required APQP information.
- Champion PFMEA activity with al needed X-functional members.

**Requisitos**:
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- Bachelor degree in engineering, desirable Engineering/Manufacturing related master degree
- At least three years in automotive industry, production control, metrology or related activities.
- Project Management, Quality Core Tools, APQP, IATF or VDA 6.3 knowledge.
- At least bilingual English / Spanish
- Effective Interactions/Negotiations & communication (oral and written); proactivity/pusher, influencer, problems solving and decision making
