Actualmente buscamos un/a Quality Supplier Engineer Freelance para un proyecto de carácter internacional.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

- Participar y aprobar las discusiones y compromisos iniciales de viabilidad antes de las nominaciones de proveedores.
- Ejecutar el APQP a los proveedores externos para las piezas y proveedores asignados y realizar visitas periódicas in situ a proveedores críticos.
- Gestionar y aprobar los PPAP iniciales de las partes asignadas.
- Impulsar el proceso de Alineación de Mediciones con proveedores externos y Plantas receptoras de Adient.
- Garantizar que el cronograma del APQP se cumpla a lo largo del APQP en línea con el cronograma del Lanzamiento y las expectativas de Adient.
- Validar el proceso de nuevos proveedores externos cuando sea necesario y seguir los planes de acción asociados hasta el cierre.
- Garantizar que la capacidad esperada del Proveedor esté disponible ejecutando en sitio el Run Rate de producción cuando sea necesario.
- Iniciar y mantener la lista de problemas abiertos y planes de acción de seguimiento con el proveedor asignado y las contrapartes de la gerencia de Adient.
- Asegurar que las herramientas y equipos del Proveedor y los planes de mantenimiento respalden el proyecto/programa.
- Proporcionar la orientación necesaria a los proveedores para las actividades de Calidad Avanzada.

¿Cuáles son los requisitos?

- Licenciatura en ingeniería industrial o ingeniería mecánica y/o formación asimilable con orientación a la gestión de la calidad.
- Experiencia profesional acreditada en calidad en la industria de la automoción.
- Conocimiento de las herramientas de gestión de calidad habituales en la industria del automóvil VDA 6.3 APQP PPAP Informes 8D Poka Yoke Ishikawa.
- Inglés y buen alemán hablado y escrito es una ventaja.
