**About the Role**

- This person will be leading or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management.
- Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost. Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions. Solves technical and non technical problems throughout the life of the project, but tries to resolve problems during the design and planning phases whenever possible.
- Oversees and coordinates work performed by outside contractors. Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to project sponsors, end users and management. Participates in budget development and evaluating how project plan changes impact cost and schedule. May be responsible for feasibility studies and field trials management. Issues stop-work order when adverse risk is identified. Typically incumbents would be working towards or have achieved Project management certification.
- Job Description:

- Provide Planning and Program support to support successful execution of the F-110 DCS SBR contract.
- Collaborates with the US F-110 PM team to coordinate customer reviews and presentations, data calls, and program performance reporting.
- Collaborates with LM España team to execute current contracts and grow future business.
- Act as a customer liaison with DGAM F-110 PO and Navantia, including customer facing interaction with program leadership, technical leadership and contract management teams to ensure successful contract execution and reporting.
- Provide program management support for development, integration and test of the SPY-7 Radar product for the F-110 frigates.
- Perform cross-coordination with other F-110 / F-100 contracts.
- Domestic (Spain) and limited international (US) travel required.

**Required skills, qualifications and experience**
- Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in science, engineering, other applicable degree or commensurate experience.
- Prior successful experience in a Program Management or program office support role.
- Strong skills in planning and execution. Knowledgeable in the collection, analysis, and reporting of program management and technical data. Possesses highly effective writing skills, strong analytic capability, and the ability to develop quality PowerPoint presentations from program data.
- Experience Systems Engineering concepts and processes.
- Ability to drive program milestones to complete on schedule.
- Ability to lead diverse teams to achieve goals.
- Experience in working with Spanish Navy and DGAM as a customer
- CAM experience.
- Knowledge of export controls and policies.
- Fluent (written and verbal communication) in both English and Spanish (Castellano).

Desired Skills:

- Experience working on Spanish Aegis or Radar Programs
- Experience working with Navantia
- Experience working with industrial partners, subcontrators, teammates for overall product development, integration and test.
