Operations Lead, Early Career Programs

The People & Culture team plays a vital role in supporting the company's strategic initiatives, day-to-day operations, and infrastructure. We invest in our employees, offering a place where talented individuals can grow and contribute to helping investors achieve their financial goals.

The Role:

  • Set and drive strategy to hire, place, develop, and support Early Career Programs in EMEA.
  • Be the main point of contact for ECP employees and managers regarding P&C processes.
  • Foster community for ECP employees through workshops, trainings, and career guidance.
  • Develop, improve, and oversee training curriculum for Morningstar Development Program participants.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure program success and enhance participant and manager experience.
  • Collaborate with global teams to execute program recruitment strategy.
  • Support MDP information management and candidate relationships.
  • Share best practices and ensure consistency of employee experience globally.
  • Assist in performance management, coaching, and scaling programs effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in management or behavioral science preferred.
  • European residency required.
  • Excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and strong analytical skills.
  • Proven track record in project and program management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in related fields.

Competencies:

  • Manage stakeholder expectations to develop new MDP tracks.
  • Educate, train, and communicate with counterparts, managers, and employees on Early Career Programs.
  • Utilize core business and HR-specific resources to solve challenges.
  • Problem-solve and advise stakeholders on program strategies.
  • Knowledge of recruiting and career program best practices.
