**Job Description**:
Our Galderma office in Barcelona is looking for a Head of IT Service Management to work hybrid.

The Head of IT Service Management will ensure delivery of a seamless IT service to all users in Galderma. In addition to setting the vision and strategy for IT Service Management, the head will manage and direct the Service Management Team at a global level. The Service Management team is made up of 8 IT Service Managers and other vendors.

Key Tasks- Be the contact point for stakeholders for IT service improvements and escalations- Provide guidance, leadership and mentoring to a team of Application Services Managers. Supports and develops the technical expertise needed to meet long-term business needs.-
- Ensure balanced Service portfolio management across the team by allocating work to the appropriate team member- Actively drive improvements and efficiencies within the team, introduce a robust SDLC and other best practice processes and ways of working- Liaise with the IT Service Managers to ensure that new team structures are effectively adopted and that Application Support and Development teams work well- Advocate the introduction and use of Service Now working alongside the IT Service Manager to embed the tool within the development team.
