As CRTL you will be responsible to lead, coach, motivate and develop a high-performing team of sales representatives to achieve the objectives and results needed while incarnating Novartis Culture and V&B, leading with example

**Your key responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Communicate the business strategy and motivate and inspire people to commit to these and doing extraordinary to achieve goals.
- Set clear performance objectives and give clear feedback and coaching when necessary to ensure the achievement of team/personal objective and fulfill personal potential
- To build and execute strategy to meet Sales goals for the area in charge of
- To drive Sales performance, market share and profitability for the area in charge of
- To build effective and enduring business relationships with key stakeholders and KOLs
- To promote Novartis as a leader, increasing its visibility and reputation

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Strategic & Analytical Skills: Understands and analyze the business environment, objectives and interconnections using all available information and data to identify opportunities in your region and develop solutions that create value.
- External Focus: Management of accounts and clients in a way that provides benefits for both the organization and its clients and patients.
- Transversal Leadership: Experience in building constructive relationships internally and externally by creating a climate where people are motivated to give their best, exchange ideas, resources, and knowledge, facilitating progress towards the objective.
- Influencing skills: Help the organization to obtain consensus between two or more internal or external parties.
- Project Management & Coordination: Work independently while providing guidance and coaching to develop appropriate plans, organize and prioritize to meet business objectives efficiently and sustainably over time.
- Teamwork: high level of collaboration with all teams and stakeholders to exchange ideas, resources and knowledge to support the success of the strategy and plan.
- Resilience and ability to work under pressure in a competitive environment.
- Communication skills: communicates clearly and effectively when expressing ideas, requesting the realization of some action or formulating plans and processes.
- Language skills: Fluent Spanish (valuable fluent English)
