**Future Z - Undergraduate Excellence Program**
We are seeking for last-year students of Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Business & Data, Economics, Computer Science and Cyber Security who are interested in developing their professional career in one of the world’s leading insurance groups.
- You are finishing your bachelor’s degree (or master’s degree) with a strong academic record, preferably with specialization in Insurance
- You can prove a proficient English level (min C1)
- You are eager to learn and face business challenges
- You are self-motivated and proactive
- You are both an analytical thinker and creative problem solver
- You are interested in the digital world and willing to change things through innovative solutions
- It will be a nice to have if you had proven experience programing (example: R or Python).
**Future Z** is the Undergraduate Excellence Program of Zurich Spain. We want to give you the opportunity to have a fast-track career. We think development needs to be based on a 3-pillar strategy:
