The roleAs the Z-EUR Marketing Analytics Manager, you will inspire and lead the way in seamlessly integrating data and marketing analytics practices into our daily decision-making process.

Your dedication will empower the team across all categories and markets in Zone Europe, propelling our efforts to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Together, we will strive to achieve continuous optimization of our Always On Campaigns and maximize our return on investment.
What you'll doYou will work with a diverse and inspiring team of experts across our ZEUR Digital Hub, Media Team and broader Consumer and Marketplace Insights community to deliver:
Data Model, Measurement Framework, Dashboard, Data Dictionary, Data Assets and APIs.
Co-development of tools for MROI and Always On Campaign Optimisation programs across all Zone EUR Categories & markets.
Evangelizing Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and always-on campaign optimization methodologies, benefits, and use cases.

Co-develop learning program for delivery across Categories & MarketsSupporting the implementation of our new Media Model via standardized reporting and process enhancement with a relentless focus on value creation for our brands.

Develop long-term roadmap of the function that defines strategic direction in collaboration with global, regional, and local teams and aims to further increase marketing effectiveness.10 years' experience in analytics consulting/delivery in marketing analytics (strategy).Experience in data driven marketing within the FMCG industry and/or media agency.

Strong expertise in marketing effectiveness measurement and tools e.

g:
Attribution measurement, marketing mix modeling, multi touch attribution, sales lift measurement.
Excellent knowledge of media KPIs at varying levels of granularity.
Strong and experienced in change management program applied to measurement, e.g. coaching teams and developing training programs.
Good experience with agile project management methodology.
Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate work across many functions and in different geographies/cultures.
Fluent in English, both written and oral.
