Technical Writers - Quality Assistants en Madrid.

Functions

Ensure internal quality review of all deliverables prior to their delivery to DG TAXUD ensuring that all quality criteria are consistently complied with across all the deliverables.
Support to self-assessment and internal quality audit reports available on request from DG TAXUD.
Support review coordination and dispatching the deliverables of Quality Control of other contractors and monitoring of their services
Technical Meetings with DG TAXUD and/or other third parties involved in the related projects
Quality Audit of other contractors Other Audit of other contractors Incident Problem
Management Support Project and service
Management Review cycle coordination Quality Control of SLM Quality Control of Testing Campaign

**Skills**:
Fluent English (minimum C1). Desirable native English
Good communication reporting and coordination skills
Experience in an international/multicultural environment
Necessary Knowledge of office tools (e.g. Outlook Word Excel Powerpoint Visio Project Sharepoint Teams)
Knowledge of incident tools JIRA
Knowledge of Agile methodologies ITIL SCRUM
Valued knowledge Knowledge of methodologies tools of Procedure Audit
Knowledge of Testing methodologies Confluence V-model testing Agile testing Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
