Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Utilize various recruitment methods, such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Contribute to the development and promotion of the employer brand.
- Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and expectations.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and preferences. Provide regular updates on the status of open positions.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to create a collaborative recruitment environment.
- Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure recruitment practices are compliant.
- Implement and maintain fair and consistent recruitment policies and procedures.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Prepare and present regular reports to management on recruitment activities and key performance indicators.
- Facilitate the offer acceptance process.
- Provide feedback on the effectiveness of recruitment processes.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and job fairs to network and build a talent pipeline.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment and staffing, with a focus on technical, managerial or leadership roles. Payments sector experience would be beneficial.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
