**Salary**: Circa 120.000€ + 60.000€ per annum

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will develop key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans to achieve financial targets.

Reporting to the Director of Sales Europe, you will be working with a Business Development Specialist and be developing a geographic work plan which will result in a pipeline of opportunities.

You will find sales opportunities, research and understand the prospective client’s business goals, objectives and challenges, follow up on leads in a timely manner, build relationships, understand customer trends, close sales processes and hit quarterly and annual targets to increase revenue.

You will be actively involved in the implementation of each new partner to ensure a quick and complete realization of revenue.

Please note that for this role you must be willing to travel up to 75% of the time.

**What you’ll need to be successful in this role**:

- +5 years of direct B2B enterprise sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
- Experience selling in ecommerce environments or related fields.
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
- Ability to communicate value propositions and recommendations effectively to the leadership within a prospective partner.
- Strong work ethic and self-discipline
