**Brief Call**: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you

**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities

**Case study**: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

**Job description**:
Step up in your career path as an **IT** **Support Coordinator** In **Amaris Consulting** we have projects ongoing to level up your technical support profile. These projects are on **remote **for a **multinational company.** If you are willing to begin **coordinating technical support teams**, this is your **opportunity**

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- **Manage IT incidents** by **leading technical teams towards the quick resolution** of business-critical issues.
- **Prioritize incident tickets** ensuring most business-critical issues are being resolved first while still moving lower priority tickets forward.
- Manage **communications with business stakeholders** across all levels of the organization to **provide transparency of business impact** and timelines to resolution.
- **Develop incident action plan**s and after-action items to** help drive root cause investigation.**

✍️ **WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? **✍️
- **High experienced in solving IT incidences, **L1 and L2 urgent priority.
- **1+ years of experience in leading a process**, or **group**, to deliver common objectives.
- **English fluent.**

**NICE TO HAVE**
- **Stakeholder management** experience.
