**SKILLS**:
- +5 years administrative, customer services or relevant business experience.
- Advanced **business processes and project management** skills.
- Thorough functional knowledge within assigned department to archieve objectives.
- Good knowledge and experience in GxP compliance topics and IT.
- Basic understanding of** r**egulatory frameworks and quality management systems.**:
- Ability to meet deadlines, accuracy, problem-solving and influence decisions.
- Fluent English.
**TASKS**:
- Accurate maintenance of IT regulations in Document Management Systems to define processes.
- Veeva Vault as content management platform.
- Coordinate the documentation.
- Manage review process and assessment processes.
- Support role management process.
- Support incident and problem management.
- Spends majority of time independently managing activities of department and provides guidance and training to others.
**SCHEDULE**:
- 08/09h-17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
- 100% remote or 1 day presentially, as well.
**CONDITIONS**:
