**Purpose of the role**

We’re currently looking for an adaptable ahd hands-on P&C Administrator who will report to the P&S Administrator to support the team (two P&C Managers, one Payroll Manager and the regional Head of P&C) in day-to-day operations, providing a full range of human resources and admin support covering a significant number of countries in the EMEA region.

This role will aim to support the team improve the employee cycle experience and to deliver on our Strategic Pillars and in line with the business strategy by performing tasks, activities and delivering processes ensuring effective people administration.

This role will contribute to the journey the team is in by consolidating operational performance.

This role will support on the following areas and will be the main backup function for the P&C Senior Administrator:

- Onboarding new hires (employees and freelancers)
- First point of contact to new hires before joining
- Complete New hires tracker on Monday board and follow up
- Issuing addendum of contracts, letters, certificates, sending docs by post
- Management of HR Inbox mailbox
- Offboarding leavers
- Manage pre-employment medical checks, health and safety ongoing requirements and ensure mandatory trainings are completed where needed
- Support the team by monitoring a correct absence record in the system
- Time & Attendance: monthly control & audit
- Responsible for processing People Invoices in Navision
- Onboarding new vendors
- Raising POs on Nav
- Recording Invoice amount on Monday board-Payments Directory
- Communication and follow up with suppliers
- Monitor data integrity in terms of org charts and people in our systems.

- Assist with other people related special projects or initiatives as needed.

**Skills, knowledge, experience and exposure**
- Fluency in English + 1 other EU language
- At least 2 years’ experience in generalist roles preferably in a multinational environment or international startup
- Degree in Psychology, Labour Relations, Business Administration or equivalent.
- (A master in HR would be well considered)_
- Skills: teamwork, confidentiality, organization, detail oriented, verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, decision-making and acumen to effectively partner the P&C team.
- Hands-on approach and ability to work in fast-paced environments

HR experience in different countries in EU (preferably Spain and/or UK and other EU related countries.) Flexibility, disciplined and detail - oriented
- Communication skills rooted in active listening, empathy and candor.
- Passion for customer service and a flexible approach to working supportively with the rest of the team in the achievement of the team goals.
- Proficient in word processing and the use of spreadsheets.
- Ability in managing multiple activities and/or priorities and detail orientation to produce and manage accurate and complete files, documents and sensitive data GDPR practical knowledge
