JOB DESCRIPTION:
**Tasks**:
- Manage relationship with Partners and Start-ups, coordinating actions where necessary with both.- Coordination of mentoring and training requirements for Startups in our hub.- Manage Madrid and Palma hubs including coordination of events (networking activities, panels, others) with Wayra.- Support the full external innovation process throughout Challenge 1 and to launch and manage Challenge 2.- Coordinate necessary actions to prepare and implement internal innovation process.- Support future expansion plans to other regions- Develop project plan to ensure timely achievements of all deliverables- End to end delivery- Project monitoring and reporting- Risk management- Continuous improvement in the execution of the project, in the field of efficiency in the execution and reviewing the value contributed by the initiative
Skills needed:
- Bachelor's degree in field related to Innovation or entrepreneurship or demonstrated experience in supporting implementation of Innovation or entrepreneurial programs / processes- Project Management skills and experience in working and aligning with multiple types of stakeholder- The following skills are critical: Communication, Problem solving, Design thinking, Critical thinking- Excellent time management, coordination and prioritization- Experience of or high adaptability to working in multilingual & multinational environments- Proficient in MS Office- Fluency in English, written and spoken- High level of pro-activity to support Hotelbeds ambitious innovation strategy
