**Location**:Fully remote. This opportunity is open to you if you can legally work remotely from one of our home countries in Sweden, Malta, Hungary, Spain or Poland.

**What **the role entails**:
Some of the key responsibilities of our IP Paralegal will be:

- Mainly assisting in licensing and legal matters
- Assisting on IP protection, registration, audit, docketing, and other matters with external service providers

Examples of actual tasks

**IP commercial**
- Agreement due diligence, execution and docketing
- Administrative matters

**IP right management**
- Domain name management
- New filings
- IP asset management
- IP docketing
- Managing and coordinating IP searches & watches legal research as required

**What we ask of you**:

- 3 to 5 years of experience and knowledge in IP / legal / licensing, in particular trademarks
- Being able to do IP clearance searches & watches
- Experience with IP search tools
- Experience using IP management systems
- Knowledge of IP processes
