We are currently looking for a permanent postion of **Telephone Account Manager **for our location in** La Roca del Valles.**
**Sales activity**
- Act as the primary contact for customers within your allocation, taking ownership for maximising (tele)sales opportunities by establishing relationships with customers (small wholesalers and/or small installers) via engagement and promotional programmes. Look to expand our Diffuse coverage by proactively managing stock profiling and the introduction of new stock lines at wholesalers and/or supporting and introducing our product portfolio at installers.
- Proactively seek out (project) leads from the relevant customers and markets working jointly with the Sales Teams to maximise growth.
- Support our vision to become number 1 in the eyes of our customers, you will do this by ensuring that you are in regular contact with your customer base, providing them with the support and access to any tools that are available to them.
**Market Knowledge**
- Stay current with the conditions within your geographical area in respect to, but not limited, to customer activity, competitor activity including. promotions, seminars, product launches and stocking branches. Remain informed in relation to pricing levels. Be aware of new technologies or legislation that may have an impact on your business and support your customer base through any changes.
- Meet or exceed the required daily customer interaction targets, incorporating any promotional and campaign activities as required to provide your customers with the best service and experience. Ensure that all interactions are recorded in CRM to support a 360˚ view of our customers.
- Actively follow up on marketingcampagnes and product launches together with our country sales departments, to succesfully turn prospects into customers.
**Communication and Administration**
- Provide all written communication in a professional manner within agreed timescales.
- Complete records and reports on time as required.
- Record all customer interactions within the CRM system.
**What we are looking for?**
- Someone with commercial/sales education or Electrical enginnering.
- Experience in Electrotechnical branch will be a plus.
- Experience in sales.
- Experience in working with SAP and a CRM is essential.
- Having a working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM would be preferred although experience of other CRM systems would be considered.
- Outbound customer contacts, affinity with technical products/markets.
- Interested in developing technical knowledge, willingnes and ability to learn.
- Knowledge of digital working tools, Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Sharepoint, etc.)
- Communicates effectively.
- Customer focus.
- Good english level.
