**About the Role**

As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the region's marketing efforts in a wide range of domains. Principally you will be responsible for critical operational tasks, that need to be delivered on time and to a high-quality, to ensure the success of the marketing activities. You will directly report to an experienced Regional Marketing Director, providing you with the opportunity to learn and develop your skills across all areas of B2B Marketing.

To be successful in this role, you need to have a passion for marketing, be hungry to challenge yourself and learn, very good at project and time management, with high attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the coordination and organisation of first and third-party events (e.g. venue selection, travel and event timetable, booth setup)
- The main point of contact with suppliers and contractors to ensure they are enabled to maximise success and internal teams are aligned (e.g. PR agencies, content freelancers, merchandise suppliers)
- Coordinate and support the execution of marketing activities with Partners such as industry associations, resellers, and independent software vendors (e.g. shared events, shared content)
- Lead management and analysis (e.g. processing lead uploads, managing assignments to the Sales team, reviewing lead performance, adjusting tactics)
- Maintaining data hygiene of Campaigns within Pardot and Salesforce to enable better reporting and ROI analysis
- Supporting the Regional Marketing Director with reporting an analysis of campaign performance to enable iterative improvements to the regional marketing plan
- Contribute ideas towards campaign plans
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing, and analysis of our competitors' marketing tactics.

**Requirements**:

- Willing to work from the office and located in Barcelona
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 1-2 year of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the SaaS industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Ideally, you have experience organising business events or can demonstrate you have the skills and passion to be successful in doing so
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High attention to detail, ensuring operational tasks are executed to a consistently high standard
- Ideally, you have experience working with marketing automation and analytics tools like Salesforce, Pardot, and Google Analytics, or can demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new tools
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive recommendations
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and a passion for marketing
- A passion for challenging yourself and learning.
