**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. **Job description**:
As part of Mantu’s growth, we are looking for a new talent within our procurement team.

As a Procurement Officer at Mantu, you will have the duties to:

- Determine needs for suppliers and collect cross-functional corporate/ business requirements
- Manage sourcing and procurement across indirect spend categories
- Conduct, develop, negotiate and close commercial contracts
- Maintain procurement supplier database and contract management tracking tools
- Communication with vendors and stakeholders to ensure compliance with procurement rules.
- Purchase order creation
- Follow up of order deliveries and contractual terms
- Spot process improvement opportunities
- Minimum of 2 years of procurement or supply chain experience
- Fluent in English, French or Spanish are highly appreciated
- Interest in processes, administration and organization
- Good MS office knowledge
- A proactive person, ready to work in a fast-growing environment
- Strong negotiation skills
- Business-oriented, solution-oriented and have the ability to influence people.
