**Job Purpose**
Participating of and ensure the maintenance of the program of flight data collection, as directed by Vueling, ORO.AOC.130 and ORO.GEN.200
**Main Accountabilities**
- Controlling and managing logistics data stream ensuring the integrity of operational information.
- Preparing and provide the research conducted by the FDM Program to the FDM Group.
- Monitoring the flight data downloads by the Maintenance department to guarantee the viability of the statistical results product of the Flight Data Monitoring (FDM).
- Analysing the results obtained to obtain the tendencies of the operational risk and significant events that require an investigation.
- Elaborating reports of the significant events for the FDM Responsible.
- Programming of new events in the data analysis program.
- Tracking of the equipment status to guarantee the proper reception of the flight data.
- Identifying areas of potential risk and quantify operational safety margins.
- Identifying and quantifying potential operational risks when a non-standard or out of standard procedure event is detected.
- Using the FDM information to determine the frequency of events and, combined with an estimate of the level of severity, assess risks and determine when they reach an unacceptable level if the trend continues.
- Entering information in electronic databases when required.
- Confirming the effectiveness of any action taken by controlling it through the FDM.
- Performing other services required by the Flight Safety Manager and Safety Manager.
**Education**
- Technical or superior Engineer.
- Knowledge and programming skills in Python, SQL, and VBA.
**Competencies**
- Rigorous and methodical person in his work.
- Results oriented with a high level of autonomy and initiative.
- High capacities of organization, planning and management of pressure.
**Languages**
- English proficiency level C1 or equivalent.
