**FRESH Performance Management Business Analyst - Perseus**

**TOOL DESCRIPTION - PERSEUS**:

- Perseus is a CPM tool used by BNPP Group and other major BNPP Poles, to manage full life cycle of the Budgeting and Stress Testing process. Perseus is the golden source for Actuals, Forecast and Budget used to produce reporting to Business Lines and synthesis for senior management and the Group.
- Main end users are Finance Performance Managers for several Poles Worldwide. There are more than 750 users.

**LOCATION**:
***The position will be located in Madrid. The job holder is expected to sometimes travel to Paris and also to other Regions/Countries.

**GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE AND INTERACTIONS**:

- Performance Managers worldwide within CIB and Group functions, IRB, LS and other private spaces.
- Group IT : ITG, based in Paris.

**MISSION AND OBJECTIVES**:
As a part of the team you will be working closely with Finance Performance Management community with activities spanning from administration, support, training, business requirments collection, maintenance of the tool, enhancements to projects, communications with users, data analysis and contribution to process reengineering.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage improvements on the process and on the reporting.
- Support the users during the budgetary campaign.
- Manage relationship with Group Finance.
- Manage relationship with IT teams.
- Manage and organize each release, including the contribution of Performance Managers.
- Prepare business requirements and ensure that the documentation is up-to-date.

Added value of the position:

- Understanding of Bank Liquidity, RWA, Cost of Risk, and P&L reporting process and methodology, including the cost allocation.
- Visibility with daily contact with international users. Deal with various interlocutors: other project management teams, Group IT, Regional and Central Performance management teams.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Educational background Business School, Engineer or Master in Information Technology.

Previous working experienceMinimum 3+ years' experience within Financial Services ideally. Experience as business analyst or management accountant is required.

Hard skills:

- Experience in implementation of budgeting/planning tools
- Experience with an MDM and with Management Accounting / Performance Management will be appreciated.
- IT skills:
- Planning tools: Tagetik (highly appreciated), Hyperion Planning or other CPM tools- ETL tools (Extract Transform and Load)- Excel / Access- SQL, PL/SQL, MDX (Multi-Dimensional expressions)- Languages: Fluent in English.
