**LA OPORTUNIDAD**:
Estamos buscando a un/a KAM Manager para formar parte del equipo de ventas en nuestras oficinas centrales de Barcelona (Viladecans).
Darás soporte al equipo de ventas en la gestión de las cuentas asignadas para la categoría de Helados, creando el plan del canal e implementando y optimizando la estrategia dentro de cada categoría.
**CONTRIBUIRÁS A TRAVÉS DE**:
- Hacer la preparación y liderar reuniones con el cliente, así como el seguimiento y consecución de los objetivos.
- Colaborar en la definición de planes de cliente.
- Asegurar la perfecta ejecución de dichos planes: liderazgo y seguimiento con Planning, Customer Service, Customer Finance, Trade..
- Hacer seguimiento diario de ventas y stocks.
- Analizar datos financieros y de mercado.
- Coordinar con el equipo internacional.
- Gestión de surtidos.
- Co-liderazgo con el equipo digital para la estrategia y planes de DIA y La sirena en eCommerce.
**LO QUE NECESITARÁS PARA TENER ÉXITO**:
- Grado en ADE, Economía, Marketing, o similar.
- 2+ años de experiência profesional en un puesto similar, preferentemente en Go To Market.
- Eres una persona proactiva, con iniciativa y liderazgo y con capacidad de gestionar varias prioridades.
- Buena comunicación con la capacidad de influenciar e interactuar a diferentes níveles de la organización y demuestras empatía con los clientes.
- Alta capacidad analítica (datos de mercado y financiero) así como de la cuenta de resultados.
- Tienes visión estratégica y toma de decisiones.
- Nível alto de Excel (tablas dinámicas, buscar V, macros, etc.) y PowerPoint
- Nível de inglés alto
