**THE ROLE**
As our **Customer Service Executive,** you will become the expert and the voice for both markets, whilst getting to know the food and beverage industry at a deeper level. Aside from providing excellent service, you'll also contribute to exciting tasks and projects to boost customer experience. Become a part of a fun-spirited and dedicated team whilst upskilling yourself in the field of Operations.
**YOU WILL**
- Manage and respond to reviews from public sites like Trustpilot or Google.
- Attend country/team meetings to report on kpis and share qualitative feedback from the markets
- Collaborate in tasks and/or projects with the goal to boost customer experience
- Execute onboarding and training for new hires (interns or executives)
- Lend a hand in managing internal administrative Operational aspects
- Most importantly, always ensuring a high level of customer service that’ll make our subscribers smile :)
**THIS IS YOU**
- You speak German & English at a high level
- You show strong skills in customer service and treat people with kindness and helpfulness
- You love teamwork and show good communication and social skills
- You have basic knowledge of MS Office: Word and Excel
- You are organised and have a positive attitude
- You have worked with Zendesk or other similar ticketing tools
