**Key Accountabilities**:
The Vodafone Mobile Private Network (MPN) portfolio is a business area that aims to meet the operation technology (OT) and IT (Information Technology) digitisation needs of enterprise customers supporting their Industry 4.0 and SCM 4.0 targets.
Our solutions reach customers in many key sectors such as transport, oil & gas, mine and manufacturing areas.

As a **Solution Architect (Digital) **you will be:

- accountable for the architecture, roadmap and technical design of Customer Self Service Capability used to have visibility and configuration over the Mobile Private Network, Customer Reporting and Analytics, API Exposure layer
- responsible to coordinate both the platform evolution driven by product roadmap, security, lifecycle, risk, technical debt, migration and markets roll out
- responsible for engaging with technical, business and operations stakeholders to understand their needs, prioritise the delivery approach, and guide engineering leads in solution delivery as a design authority

Also you will:

- evaluate cost of ownership for the Solution of the Components in your remit and support business cases for implementation following roadmap and customer prioritisation criteria.
- own the architecture and design for MPN Self Service, Reporting, API exposure, API integration layers as an integral part of Vodafone MPN Platform.
- coordinate solution
- and technical design to validate and complete end-to
- end solutions. Embed customers in the design activities as/when possible.
- collaborate actively with Engineering teams to ensure solutions feasibility and delivery success. We expect a hands on approach to this.

**What you bring**:
Here is what we will be looking for you to bring:

- 5 years of experience working in solution and architecture or design for complex online solutions.
- Knowledge of modelling languages and tools, experience in clear and abstract capture of logical and technical architecture, data architecture, dynamic design.
- Experience with User Access Management, SSO, Identity Management in complex environments.
- Have the engineering discipline to design solutions covering scalability, security, availability, usability and observability principles.
- Experience designing for virtualised or cloud-oriented architectures.
- Deep understanding of portal technologies (preferred REACT) and portal design patterns.
- Experience working with a broad range of architectural patterns (e.g. SOA and microservices, SOAP, REST, XML, JSON).
- API Integration including B2B integration. **Preferred Apigee**.
- Knowledge and desirable experience of big data (GCP or AWS solutions) and AI/ML.
- Hands on support to the Engineering team on complex technical issues and overall implementation validation.
- Familiar with TMF API and SID standards. **(TM Forum) is nice to have**.
