**Position Summary
***:
In this position, you will be responsible for the definition of strategy, roadmap, and services of the HR Core product within the IT HR organization.
Focus will be on design, integration, data management and standards while meeting business requirements of availability, scalability, performance, agility, compliance, and cost.

**A day in the life of...***:

- Motivate, engage, and drive the team to deliver world class HR technology experience to our receivers.
- Arbitrate best fit product’s solutions while tackling business problem statements.
- Responsible for people’s data consumption flows and establish strategy, vision and directions considering security and data privacy requirements.
- Drives the adoption of DevSecOps in the HR Core area and provides necessary support to grow skills and processes.
- Define and maintain go-to-market strategy, product vision and execution as well as the end-to-end value delivery of the HR Core product.
- Be accountable for the product from ideation and strategy through continuous value management to retirement, with responsibility for the full life cycle of the product, including value delivery model. Participate in external vendor technical roadmap sessions. Ensure Nestlé requirements are met through vendors’ long-term roadmaps.
- Keep high standards in product objectives delivery and comply with broader IT mission statement.

**What will make you successful***:

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
- Strong experience in Application Development Lifecyle (5+ years)
- Strong experience in HR IT technologies (SAP, Workday, Successfactors, Kronos, etc )
- Strong interest in technology evolutions and UX design
- Proven track record of implementing DevSecOps in IT Products
- Proven track record in managing a team of technologists, internal and external
- Ability to understand the financial impact of technology alternatives
- High tolerance to stress with result orientation
- Proven leadership skills
- Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization
- Strong ability in product value proposal communication and storytelling
