En **IEBS Biztech School**, líder global en educación digital, buscamos un/a **Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)** con visión estratégica, enfoque en resultados y pasión por el **Growth Hacking**. Desde programas avanzados en **marketing digital**, **big data**, **fintech** y más, hasta el uso de tecnologías de vanguardia, nuestro compromiso es con la excelencia, accesibilidad y transformación de nuestros estudiantes.
**¿Qué buscamos en nuestro/a CMO?**
Un líder motivado, capaz de diseñar y ejecutar estrategias innovadoras, y con profundo dominio en **Growth Hacking** para impulsar un crecimiento ágil y efectivo. Queremos que seas un/a **catalizador/a de cambio**, involucrándote en el día a día junto a nuestro equipo multidisciplinario y colaborando estrechamente con los equipos de producto, ventas y tecnología.
**Responsabilidades clave**:
- Diseñar e implementar estrategias de marketing que expandan la presencia de IEBS a nível global.
- Liderar el equipo de marketing con un enfoque práctico, impulsando resultados y cumplimiento de KPIs.
- Ejecutar campañas de captación de leads y optimización de conversión utilizando técnicas avanzadas de **SEO, SEM, marketing de contenidos, automatización y Growth Hacking**.
- Mejorar la experiência de usuario en nuestras plataformas digitales para aumentar la fidelización.
- Colaborar con otros departamentos para asegurar coherencia y efectividad en toda la experiência del cliente, desde la captación hasta la retención.
- Gestionar el presupuesto de marketing, asegurando un retorno de inversión óptimo y sostenible.
- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de branding y comunicación, consolidando a IEBS como líder innovador en educación digital.
- Analizar tendencias de mercado y ajustar las estrategias de marketing en tiempo real.
**¿Qué esperamos de ti?**
- **+5 años de experiência** en dirección de marketing digital, idealmente en educación, e-learning o tecnología.
- Experiência demostrable en **Growth Hacking, performance marketing, branding** y **automatización**.
- Conocimientos avanzados en **herramientas de análisis y marketing automation**.
- Habilidades de liderazgo y comunicación, y capacidad para manejar múltiples proyectos y stakeholders.
- Un perfil proactivo, orientado a resultados y soluciones prácticas.
