**Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity to represent a vast portfolio of well-known brands with one of the biggest food Companies worldwide, holding together brands such as **_Häagen-Dazs, Betty Crocker, Green Giant, Yoplait, _**_and_**_ Old El Paso._**

What you’ll be doing?_**
- Handling administrative responsibilities at least once a week: Managing correspondence, filing and document management, client communication and meeting coordination, and assisting with various admin tasks.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customer's requests.
- Meet customer service targets and call-handling quotas alongside your team.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies take the extra mile to engage with the customers.

**Requirements**:
**_ What are we looking for?_**
- **A fluent level of **French **(written and spoken)
- **A bilingual level of English (UK English is preferred).**:

- **An Intermediate/Advanced Spanish, **to communicate with Barcelona institutions when dealing with admin tasks.
- Customer Support and office Experience.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Computer literacy with the Microsoft package.
- Administrative skills with a strong eye for detail.
- Excellent listening, empathy and questioning skills.

- **Contract**: Permanent (_1 month probation period_)
- **Full-time**:39h / week
- **Working schedule**:Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 19:00 PM
- **Salary**: 17.500€ gross per year
- **Holidays**: 24 per calendar year
- **Hybrid model**:1 day in the office per week.
- **Training**: 3 weeks, Hybrid.
- **Start date**:10th of July, 2023
