Requerimos de incorporación inmediata de un/a User Acquisition Manager (MID)
La oferta es presencial en MADRID
Tareas
- Análisis y Definición de la estrategia de User Acquisition de la compañía para aumentar el beneficio de la parte de negocio de la compañía
- Análisis de la competencia y del mercado para encontrar oportunidades de tráfico para la compañía
- Coordinación con el resto de departamentos de ASO, Producto y Negocio para estrategias comunes de crecimiento
- Seguimiento y análisis de las principales métricas que afectan al departamento para la realización de informes para dirección para la toma de decisiones conjunta
- Responsable de grandes campañas de juegos y aplicaciones de nuestro portfolio
- Crear, ejecutar y optimizar campañas en plataformas de anuncios como Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Tik Tok, Snapchat o Search Ads
- Capacidad para pedir creatividades necesarias que lleven a campañas exitosas
- Test A/B y manejo de los KPIs los marketplaces de iOS y GP
- Análisis de las principales métricas y datos en búsqueda de aumentar el ROAS
**Requisitos**:
- Mínimo 2 años de experiência realizando optimización de campañas en Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok y empresas similares del sector
- Grado o licenciatura en marketing, ADE, periodismo así como disciplinas afines
- Titulación de máster en SEM, Marketing Digital, Análisis Digital o afines
- Altas capacidades comunicativas, estratégicas y de gestión de equipo.
- Experiência trabajando con servicios de atribución móvil (AppsFlyer, Adjust )
- Habilidades analíticas y pasión por los datos
- Nível avanzado de microsoft excel y powerpoint
- Habilidades de autogestión y multitarea
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión con plazos cortos de entrega
- Proactividad y voluntad por aprender
- Nível de inglés C1-C2
- Se valorará cualquier conocimiento de un idioma adicional al Inglés
- Valorable experiência en ASO
