Funciones
Actualmente, tenemos abierta una posición dentro de nuestro departamento de Threat Intelligence. Queremos incorporar un service manager coln un perfil técnico, con conocimientos en ciberseguridad, para incorporarse a la unidad de servicios gestionados, en donde realizara tareas de gestión de los proyectos de clientes.
Las funciones a realizar serían:
Liderar la gestión de los proyectos en clientes, acudiendo a reuniones (casi siempre por videoconferencia), y resolviendo dudas técnicas de los servicios gestionados en clientes, principalmente EDRaaS.
**Requisitos**:
- Nível de Inglés medio escrito y hablado.
- 2 años de experiência gestionando proyectos de ciberseguridad. Con capacidad de resolver dudas técnicas de los clientes.
- Preferiblemente con conocimientos en tecnologías EDR.
- Se valorarán certificaciones de seguridad y de gestión e proyectos. Se valorarán conocimientos de análisis de malware.
Necesitamos una persona acostumbrada a gestionar clientes y orientada a trabajar con plazos para alcanzar los resultados deseados. La persona seleccionada deberá estar orientada a trabajar con KPIS (Key Performance Indicators) y eficacia profesional, contar con buenas habilidades comunicativas y de negociación y tener capacidad de trabajar en equipo de forma colaborativa mostrando iniciativa y tendencia a buscar las soluciones más innovadoras.
