Location: Shop GF068 Grand Plaza Shopping Centre, 27-49 Browns Plains Road, Browns Plains QLD 4118
Store Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9:00AM - 5:30PM; Thursday 9:00AM - 9:00PM, Saturday 9:00AM - 5:00PM; Sunday 10:00AM - 3:00PM
Duties- Provide quality customer service to all customers- Maximise sales by providing latest product and service information to our customers.- Achieve sales and performance targets- Ensure store presentation is in line with retail shop standards
Skills and experience- Experience in a customer facing role- Proven record of delivering great customer experiences- Ability to solve complex problems- Effective communication skills- Previous experience in a consultative sales environment is highly advantageous- The ability to speak fluently in another language is highly advantageous
