**Team Lead (gn) Digital Sales**

full-time | permanent | location: Barcelona | start: August

As Digital Sales Team Leader you will own the sales targets and quotas for the SME (small-medium enterprise) teams. In this role, you will also develop and coach team members, and monitor sales targets while carrying an individual sales quota.
**The role**
- Manage and coach a team of 10-15 digital sales Account Managers
- Support lead management, opportunity creation, and deal closures
- Conduct analysis of KPIs to strategize on performance improvement
- Set and track sales targets
- Drive SME sales and customer relationships to achieve individual quota
- Effectively engage solution architects as required to drive customer outcomes
- Maintain and implement best-in-class tools and processes
- Act as the point of escalation from the team
- Own quota of sales team reporting to them
- Foster a collaborative environment between sales, marketing, and alliances teams to maximize the effectiveness of lead generation and customer engagement strategies

**What we need to see from you**
- 8+ years in digital sales role
- 3+ experience managing digital sales
- Proven ability to drive sales processes from plan to close
- Strong leadership skills including coaching and people development, client relationships, and conflict management
- Knowledge of enterprise technology
- Sales forecasting and data analytics
- Enthusiasm for technology sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Fluent in French, English and German
