We are looking for an Editorial Relations Associate to join our Editorial Relations team, part of the Web of Science Editorial division.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team responsible for establishing strong relationships with scholarly publishers throughout the world who provide content for inclusion in

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- High level of English-language proficiency
- Experience in a customer service or administrative role (workplace, academic or extra-curricular setting)

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work on own initiative and resourceful in solving problems, while following established processes and policies as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of the scholarly publishing industry and the process for publishing a scholarly journal

What will you be doing in this role?
- Manage editorial mailboxes, responding to and triaging enquiries from external customers, editors, authors, and publishers
- Communication with internal stakeholders across editorial, operations and customer service departments
- Organize and maintain file-sharing resources
- Ad-hoc support and administrative projects for the editorial leadership team

About the Team
- You will be reporting to the Director of Editorial Relations for Web of Science
- We are a global team of more than 20 colleagues based in USA, UK, Spain, Serbia, and India
- Active volunteering community, with 40 annual paid hours of volunteering time
- 30 working days or vacations (Spain)
