This leadership position provides a unique career opportunity to establish and run the next evolution of the EUC Corporate Sales Team in the state-of-the-art EMEA Inside Sales Center in Barcelona. You will lead, steer, hire and scale EUC’s Corporate sales team to drive growth and net new opportunities within our Corporate customer community. You will directly manage and coach the Corporate Sales Management Team and the Corporate Account Executives that align to those leaders. This leader will prioritize employee development, performance, culture, and employee retention.

As the Corporate Sales Director, you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the growth and success of the EMEA market. You will lead a dynamic team focused on delivering value to current and future EUC customers in the EMEA marketplace. Leading the Inside Sales Center, you will enable your team to drive bookings and adoption for our collective customers. This role offers the chance to act as a trusted advisor to your management direct reports, Corporate AE’s, partners, and customers. You will directly influence the future market share of EUC in EMEA.

Everyone within the EUC Division has a major interest in being successful in marketing and selling the solution, which guarantees high motivation of all relevant stakeholders. EUC Division culture will support working across different teams and departments locally and across the globe.

Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?
- Build tightly aligned relationship with direct reporting first line Leadership, working to ensure appropriate coverage and GTM strategies in place
- Gain strategic alignment with our Business Unit Partners and EUC Center Of Excellence
- Align closely with Operations partner in order to “run” the business operationally daily and weekly: Forecast cadence, pipeline analysis, top deal review, specialist driven pipeline analysis, etc.

The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?
- You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Inside Sales Corporate teams by coaching, developing, and driving effective sales lifecycle management
- You will rapidly learn and understand the End User Computing business, its direct markets, channels and resources and access quickly where additional support and emphasis is needed to achieve goals
- Recruit and develop a world - class sales team capable of selling Digital Workspace Solutions - wide activities, and ensure the right skills and resources are made available in support of region sales activity
- Manage and/or co-ordinate on a region basis the activities of AE + presales SE, consulting (post sales/implementation/professional services), channel managers and marketing, working with functional leaders to ensure the right skills and resources are made available in support of region sales activity.
- Run a weekly forecasting process to provide visibility to EUC’s leadership of sales pipeline status and potential to achieve target bookings, as well as upside and downside risks to achieving target bookings.
- Ensure operational tools such as forecasting systems (Salesforce) are properly implemented and used by all Corporate Account Executives and Managers, facilitating effective forecasting and communication with corporate operational leadership, as well as inside the EMEA region

The manager for this position is Ralf Gegg, VP of EMEA End User Computing Sales. Ralf has extensive experience in sales and sales management in the technology sector and strong skills and knowledge to drive Software/SaaS business development and navigate the dynamics of the diverse EMEA market.

This role is based in Barcelona in the Inside Sales Center office which was opened in 2019.
