**What is the Dare To Do More program?**

DARE TO DO MORE is a two-year graduate program from PepsiCo, which offers you the opportunity to fast-track your career within a leading global brand. It’s a rotational training initiative aimed to accelerate your career by broadening your development through varied experiences in such functions as data and analytics, marketing, sales, supply chain, and others.

**Responsibilities**:
**Your day to day with us**:

- You will work with the customer demand of selected PepsiCo markets across Europe. Categories in scope Foods & Beverages and forecast horizon up to 24 months.
- You will focus on detail, maintains master data and consolidates forecasts with sales monitoring and reporting demand plan accuracy and performance.
- You will collaborate with teams from different functions and facilitates touch points with local market demand planning teams.
- You will work with local DP teams across Pepsico Europe Markets Units. Categories in scope Foods and Beverages.
- You will support on identifying opportunities for continuous improvement ( KPI´s review, ad hoc analysis and tool incidents escalation and follow up).

Qualifications:
**What will you need to succeed?**
- You are a final year student, recent graduate or your professional with zero to three years of work experience.
- You have full-time availability to join our graduate program in September 2021
- You are innovative, passionate and creative.
- You love to seek out new opportunities and challenges.
- You are a fluent English speaker (local language is beneficial).
