**Job Description**:
To contribute to the hyper-growth of Mangopay, and accelerate acquisition of large merchants across Europe, Mangopay is looking to reinforce its european growth team by recruiting an experienced Partner manager that will contribute to the sales performances, the revenue increase and help positioned Mangopay as a reference for marketplaces in Spain & Portugal.

Demonstrating leadership, strategic thinking, and being client oriented will be the keys of success for this strategic position at MANGOPAY. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, Partners. The Partner Manager Iberia is responsible for the acquisition of large partners who can deliver jumbo & large size merchants.

**What will you be doing?**

**1. Nurture and consolidate our Partners Network**
- Being the point of contact of our existing strategic partners to build and nurture a long-term relationship.
- Creation of new partnerships across the Spain and Portugal
- Roll-out MANGOPAY’s tiered partnership program according to each of your partners’ contribution to MANGOPAY strategy: oversee training and certification of the partners on our platform, lead local co-marketing initiatives, etc
- Have a deep understanding of each partner roadmap and how it can help deploy MANGOPAY strategy locally
- Define levels of strategic partners according to their contribution to MANGOPAY strategy

**2. Optimize the lead generation through the partnership network**
- Creation and execution of a sales strategy with new and existing strategic partners, to drive large merchants leads that convert to clients
- Modelize and Maximize the lead generation through the partnership network
- Responsible for all leads and prospects conversion by proactive sales management (in collaboration with the local sales hunter team).
- Monitoring and tracking of partner network performance masterized through Salesforce and partner tech stack.
- Responsible for accurate data in SF partner dashboard

**3. Connect with all departments at MANGOPAY**
- Cross-department : Align with head of sales, partner and local field marketing manager on local co-marketing plan
- Ensure ongoing training of the Mangopay sales team regarding the existing strategic partnerships and corresponding partner products
- Provide Mangopay sales and product teams with a clear view of the partner product roadmap

**Qualifications**:

- +5-6 years of professional experience in multicultural organizations
- Proven hunter experience closing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and C-Level decision makers
- Salesperson at heart with proven success of exceeding targets
- Project management experience
- Experience working with product and marketing teams
- FinTech / E-commerce / Marketplace experience must have (3+ years)
- Previous experience (and success) as a Strategic Partner/Key account (3+ years)
- Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements
- Metric and KPI oriented with experience in defining and tracking sales KPIs
- Familiar with CRM solutions (e.g. Salesforce) and Partnership Management Solutions (e.g. Crossbeam)
- Easily strikes a balance between thinking strategically and executing tactically.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset.
- Work experience in B2B, FinTech and/or payment solutions is a plus
- Fluent in English
