**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Verantwortlichkeiten im Bereich After Sales und Concierge-Service
- Überwachung unserer Subunternehmen wie Reinigungsfirmen, Poolservice, Gärtner usw., sowie Einholung von Kostenangeboten
- Facility Management
- Qualitätskontrolle
- Objekt-Überwachung nach Fertigstellung der Objekte
- Aufbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen durch proaktive Kommunikation
- Kontakt mit Kunden, Interessenten und Partnern der Domus Vivendi Group
- Sicherstellung eines hervorragenden Kundenservice
- Interaktion mit dem internen After-Sales-Bereich
- Überwachung und Prüfung der Wartungsintervalle der Immobilien im Interesse der Kundenseite

**Ihr Profil**
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich After Sales oder Customer Service wünschenswert
- Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen, besonders Outlook und Excel
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert, sorgfältig und organisiert
- Eigeninitiative sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln zeichnen Sie aus
- Sie besitzen sehr gute Kenntnisse der Englischen und bestenfalls Spanischen Sprache

Neben Ihren Erfahrungen als **After Sales Manager(in)** bestechen Sie durch einen professionellen, selbstsicheren Auftritt und verfügen neben einer hervorragenden Auffassungsgabe über ein hohes Engagement in den Ihnen zugetragenen Aufgaben. Sie arbeiten eigenständig genauso gut wie im Team und haben ein Selbstverständnis für die Exklusivität unserer Projekte sowie den außerordentlichen Stellenwert unserer Interessenten und Kunden.
