**Identity & Access Management Architect (Hybrid setup)**

**About the team**

We're looking for a professional architect to help us shape Swiss Re's B2B (business-to-business) Identity & Access Management landscape - to meet the challenging business needs from stakeholders while integrating industry-related security best practices and complying with regulatory and governance requirements. **In your role, you will**
- Take ownership of architecture in Swiss Re's B2B (business-to-business) Identity & Access Management landscape
- Design and drive the transformation of this landscape to improve resiliency, automation, and standardisation of B2B IAM services
- Act as a (technical) lead for the delivery of new services and transforming existing services
- Collaborate with other experts in the team to ensure seamless integration of new services in the overall IAM landscape

**Your qualifications**

**What we need from you**
- Passion, drive and a belief in the value of B2B IAM landscape as an enabler of business performance
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in the field of IT
- Self-starter with can-do attitude
- Demonstrated ability to push architecture topics forward as part of a team or independently
- Determination to delve into technical, conceptual, or architectural layers
- Good communication and presentation skills in spoken and written English

**Nice-to-have**
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, Mathematics, or comparable
- Knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management as a discipline
- Technical skills & experience with modern authentication & authorisation protocols
- Technical skills & experience with security audits, penetration testing, or offensive security
- SANS GIAC, CISSP, CCSP, or similar qualification
- Solid knowledge in governance, risk, and compliance in a highly regulated industry
- Past experience working in an agile environment
- Belief in continuous innovation, curiosity, and relentlessly looking for a better way every day
- Ability to present complex topics towards different audiences on diverse technical levels
