Join a team of cyber security professionals and help Swiss Re to fulfil its mission in making the world more resilient. As the Product Manager of Swiss Re's Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, you'll work closely with security, operations, governance, and business stakeholders to drive the strategic evolution of both Swiss Re's IAM and Privileged Access Management (PAM) services. You'll own a portfolio of IAM & PAM products which enable and underpin these services - prioritising their engineering and further development. What's more, you'll be working in a hybrid setup, perfectly balancing work from home and the office premises.

**About the team**

**In your role, you will**
- Define the vision, priorities and be overall responsible for Identity & Access Management products and services for Swiss Re
- Own the portfolio of IAM & PAM products and solutions which Swiss Re uses for Identity & Access Governance, Privileged Access & Credential Management, Authentication & Authorisation, Customer IAM (CIAM), Access Control, etc.
- Drive the strategic evolution of the above products & services portfolio in close cooperation with the necessary stakeholders
- Contribute to operational activities (e.g., audits, security incidents, compliance reviews, budget & resource planning, etc.) and the further development of Swiss Re's IAM discipline by providing insight and thought leadership on the services you own
- Closely oversee a team of product owners and interact with their teams of engineers and analysts
- Support the Products & Engineering Director accountable for the development and the delivery of all Cyber Security products and services at Swiss Re

**Your qualifications**

**What we need from you**
- Extensive experience (6+ years) in implementing relevant Identity & Access Management solutions (i.e., IAM, PAM, CIAM, Authentication & Authorisation, etc.)
- Familiarity with relevant IAM & PAM concepts in public cloud environments (e.g., Azure, Ali, AWS)
- Proven track record in security engineering and enterprise security architecture
- Strong people management, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Fluency in spoken & written English

**Nice-to-have**
- Exposure to agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
- Expert know-how on leading market products (e.g., SailPoint Identity IQ, Azure AD and Okta)
- Hands-on experience with CyberArk and HashiCorp PAM
