**What is involved**

We are looking for an IT Project / Product Manager. This mid-senior individual contributor role will facilitate cross-team collaboration, cross-functional communication, engineering efficiency and quality delivery of our new products in the blockchain space. The role will also help us add new features for some of our current products, like our crypto wallet, Yoroi and some new stealth projects that we are starting to work on.

Yoroi is a light wallet for Cardano. It's secure, fast, and simple. It's one of the most used in the Cardano ecosystem, and we have more than 500,000 active users.

**What you'll be doing**
- Support engineering and product teams that drive execution of product and technology roadmaps
- Collaborate across functional teams including acting as a liaison for engineering with partners in Product Management, Design, UX Research, Marketing, and external partnerships
- Drive multiple programs to achieve business goals
- Provide recommendations on complex dependencies that could affect the success of other initiatives. Be critical of established processes and suggest relevant improvements
- Manage complex, technology initiatives both at the tactical and at the strategic level
- Maintain and improve documentation and report on status of initiatives, identify risks and gaps, and seek opportunities to optimize timely delivery of products
- Drive strategic alignment across product initiatives to succeed against business goals
- Assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, balance business needs versus technical constraints and refine scope to deliver the best product possible on schedule
- Engage leadership effectively when needed and find a path forward in difficult situations
- Make trade-offs between short-term needs vs. long-term goals

**What you bring to EMURGO**
- 3+ years of experience in software program management, including leading cross-functional projects in startups or mid to large size companies
- Outstanding documentation skills along with oral and written communication skills
- Able to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements, and prioritize tasks
- Able to balance multiple contending priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Highly adaptable in a hyper-growth environment and able to thrive within ambiguity

**Bonus Qualifications**
- Proven ability to tailor the methodologies to suite the organizational context
- Good understanding of Web 3.0.
- Understanding of blockchain fundamentals
