**JOB PURPOSE**:
Reporting to the Head of IT Transformation, will oversee the delivery and implementation of the current IT program agenda of COFCO International. As a strategic IT partner for the business leadership team, you will have end-to-end accountability for the successful delivery of your project (s). By leveraging your business partnership, functional knowledge, and customer interactions, you will effectively shape and manage new future requirements, develop business cases, and identify future opportunities to deliver value to the company and drive the business.
You will also learn best practices and process within the organization by receiving guidance on project management framework, methods, systems, tools, and metrics.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Organizing projects and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization;
Developing new projects to support the strategic direction of the organisation;
Developing a budget and operating plan for the project;
Analysing project risks;
Supervise different tasks to complete a project;
Responsible for the flow of information from the business to the IT team regarding the project and program requirements;
Producing accurate and timely reporting of project status throughout its life cycle;
Document project & program requirements, if required;
Update information on the project management development, tools, regulations, market demand, risks;
Make arrangement for the project completion based on specifications of the business;
Plan, initiative, execute, supervise, and close assigned projects and programs.
Suggest strategies of achieving the project goals to the owner.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Minimum**: University Degree (Bachelors) with concentration in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Technologies or similar;
PMP Certified;
5-10 years of Previous professional experience on IT project and program delivery;
Experience in Market Risk, implementing market to market pricing projects (e.g., Zema implementation);
Good understanding and previous experience in controlling & finance’ processes like Independent Price Verification (IPV);
Analytical mind;
Risk and Controlling experience;
Fluent in English.
