From embroidered patches to embroidered shirts and beanies, embroidery is an important product category that Printful fulfills for their customers around the world. To provide this service, a complex technical setup is required.

We are looking for a dedicated Senior IT Project Manager who combines an extensive IT background with strong business acumen to take full ownership of our embroidery IT infrastructure—to scale and automate it, while simplifying the overall UX for our merchants.

Your daily tasks will entail:
- Setting and executing a strategy for embroidery infrastructure development- Proactively looking for technical innovation opportunities in the embroidery space, including AI/ML-based solutions- Leading a team of IT project managers, full-stack developers, AI developers and software testers to build a sustainable technical platform for embroidery products- Reviewing and evolving internal development processes to set the team up for success- Working with additional technical and non-technical stakeholders in a cross-team setting to drive company-wide results for the embroidery product category- Building business cases and cost-benefit analyses that combine both technical and business aspects (including setting KPIs)- Report business results to management and drive strategic discussions about the future growth of embroidery

What we expect from you:
- Experience as a Project Manager/Product Owner/Product Manager in IT with clear responsibility for managing a technical team and driving specific business objectives and metrics- Ability to understand complex technical concepts to help the team evaluate potential tradeoffs and make infrastructure and product decisions- Strong strategic mindset- Knowledge of software development lifecycle, test methodologies, and tools- Ability to make informed, data-driven decisions- Basic knowledge of UI/UX- Leadership skills —ability to motivate a team to drive business results- Excellent presentation skills (management-level reporting)

Knowledge or experience in one of these fields will be considered an advantage:
- Embroidery automation- Complex system development (frontend or backend)- Software architecture analysis- IT business analysis
