**Notre client**:
Le service client mondial de H&M est une organisation multicanal et multimarque qui met l'accent sur le dialogue avec le client. Nous sommes présents sur tous les marchés en ligne, où nous servons à la fois les contacts en ligne et en magasin de toutes les marques du groupe H&M. Aujourd'hui, nous sommes environ 3000 employés et travaillons sur 11 sites dans le monde entier.

**Le rôle**:
Le travail d'un agent H&M comporte de nombreuses responsabilités et beaucoup de plaisir. Votre liste de tâches comprend:
Traiter toutes les plaintes des clients avec intérêt et attention.
Faire remonter les opinions des clients au reste de l'organisation.
Améliorer continuellement nos processus en essayant de nouvelles méthodes de travail.
guider le client dans la conversation.

**Votre profil**:

- Niveau natif de français, écrit et parlé
- Bonne connaissance de l'anglais
- Disponibilité flexible pour couvrir les équipes du matin et de l'après-midi de 8h00 à 21h00. Ils connaîtront leurs horaires 4 semaines à l'avance
- Vous êtes structuré, exact et précis dans votre travail
- Vous prenez votre propre initiative et vous trouvez des informations si vous en avez besoin
- Vous pouvez faire face à une charge de travail élevée

**Informations supplémentaires**:

- Disponibilité flexible pour couvrir les équipes du matin et de l'après-midi de 8h00 à 21h00. Vous connaîtrez vos horaires 4 semaines à l'avance.
- Moyenne de 8 heures de travail par jour (dont 2 pauses de 15 minutes chacune payées) + 30 minutes de déjeuner.
- 2 jours de repos par semaine du lundi au dimanche.
- Salaire 21.323 € brut par an + dimanches et jours fériés 11'04€/brut par heure.
- Poste à temps plein (40h/semaine) et contrat à durée indéterminée dès le départ avec 2 mois de période d'essai.

**Travail à domicile ou au bureau**:
Nous avons mis en place un système de travail Hybrid Flex qui consiste à travailler 50% du temps à domicile (dans la région de Barcelone) et 50% au bureau. Les horaires seront établis à partir de notre site. Dans le cas où quelqu'un ne souhaite pas travailler 50% du temps depuis son domicile, il pourra travailler 100% depuis le bureau.

Date de début : 11.04.2023 - de préférence, vous pouvez être à Barcelone environ une semaine avant le début.
