What you’ll be doing?_**
- Analyse the client's situation to reply to them quickly and efficiently
- Identify technical incidents, apprehend them, and provide an appropriate solution
- Offer adequate solutions with a positive approach
- Organise product returns and follow up on exchanges and repairs
**Requirements**:
**_ What skills & experience you’ll bring to us_**?**
- **Fluent French and English.**:
- Any extra languages like Dutch, German, etc are a plus
- You are very well organised and have excellent interpersonal skills
- You can put yourself in our customers’ shoes, analyse their problems and offer them individual solutions
- Within our dynamic, motivated, and multicultural team, you will reply to the demands of our customers for all the products in the Netatmo range
- You know how to work within a team, you are easygoing
- You adjust quickly to new environments, and you are able to follow procedures and deal with deadlines
**Benefits**:
**_ What do we offer?_**
- Contract**:Permanent contract** (1-month probation period) or Temporary Contract (Until 31st of December)
- Full-time: 39h/week
- Working days/Hours: Monday to Friday, between 09:00 AM and 19:00 PM (8 hours per day). One Saturday every month, 09:00 AM to 18:00 PM
- Salary: 21,000€ per year. 600€ euros for completion of contract (only for Temporary Contract)
- Holidays: 24 per calendar year
- Hybrid model: Working 2 days from home
- Training: 3 weeks from the office, Monday to Friday
- Start date: November 24th
