Entrarías a formar parte del equipo de AMS de SAP BASIS con un enfoque multicliente.

Proyecto de departamento con crecimiento en las nuevas tecnologías, fidelización del empleado con formaciones oficiales, certificaciones SAP.

**Tu Rol**:

- Como Consultor Junior SAP BASIS formarás parte del área del centro de soporte que es la plataforma multicliente de implementación y soporte de productos SAP.
- Estarás involucrado/a en todo tipo de proyectos de implementación y mantenimiento-mejoras de todos los productos SAP en vigor, tanto nuevas tecnologías como resto de productos SAP.
- Área destinada a la monitorización de eventos y solución de incidencias de Nível 1 en múltiples clientes con múltiples plataformas en soporte 24x7.
- Tecnologías: Pandora, Centreon, Jira, VMware, Linux, Oracle, Microsoft SQL, Max DB, DB2, Windows server, Azure, SAP
- Aplicarían horarios rotativos de 8 a 17h y 9h a 19h viernes de 8h a 14h.

**Tu perfil**:

- Inglés medio-alto (clientes internacionales) - B2
- Formación técnica en informática (grado, FP...o similar)
- Monitorización de equipos, análisis de alertas y asistencia remota.
- Manejo de herramientas de ticketing
- Realización de tareas de mantenimiento a nível de S.O o sobre alguna de las plataformas de nuestros clientes.
- Atención y soporte telefónico/mail a todos nuestros clientes.
- Resolución remota de incidencias de nível 1 y escalado de incidencias.
- Aplicar los procedimientos definidos.

- Acceso a la información confidencial relativa al cliente del que es responsable.
- Solicitud de medidas / usuarios.
- Observancia del cumplimiento de las políticas de seguridad y las políticas internas.
